CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notice must be forwarded to C.T.M. International S.A. via fax or e-mail.
For refund purposes the following deadlines shall apply:

Before May 14th, 2010		50€ Administration fees
Before July 31st, 2010		50% Cancellation fees
After August 1st, 2010		No Refund

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE END OF THE CONFERENCE

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation letter will be sent within 7 working days by fax or e-mail, provided that we have received the payment and correct fax or email information.
