Deadline for abstract submission: March 20, 2010 Notification of acceptance: April 25, 2010
Please find below instructions for the submission and preparation of the abstracts. The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit their abstracts, strictly online.
Submission Instructions
- Abstracts should be submitted no later than March 20, 2010
- Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or email
- Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the email given in the abstract form. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 72 working hours, your submission is not complete and needs to be resubmitted
- Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be emailed on April 25, 2010
- The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Authors must state their preference either for oral or poster presentation.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (including spaces and excluding the title and author information).
- Each abstract must contain the following sections: Background, Aim(s), Methods, Results and Discussion/Conclusion.
- The use of abbreviations must be limited. The terms must be spelled out in full followed by the abbreviation in a parenthesis
- Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted and therefore authors are responsible for the grammar, spelling and scientific evidence
- Each registered participant can give up to two (2) presentations
- The abstract presenters are expected to register for the Congress within the time limits . If the presenter does not register by April 30th, 2010 then the abstract will not be included in the scientific program

Instructions for Speakers PowerPoint presentations are accepted on CD-ROM, DVD, or USB Memory Cards, Version MS Power Point 2003 is recommended. Double slide, overhead projection and use of personal laptop are not permitted.
Instructions for E-Posters Authors must sent their E-poster no later than July 10th, 2010 in a pdf or power point format and must include up to 6 pages/slides ( landscape ). Authors may use pictures and tables.Videos will not be accepted. File must be landscape.
